Swim is cool, I still remember times when I used to go to the swimming pool in the morning and afternoon dreaming about being the best in the world.
To have a chance to teach people how to swim is a great experience cause you see how much one can improve their healthy, also decrease weight and many other things such as helping against insomnia and so on.

(being back to swimming was a big thing after my accident, helping me so much on my recovery)
