how exactly inline skates can be a better choice than running

Everybody knows that the knee at some point in life can give us a wonderful experience of pain.
For some it can be a short experience, for others with chronicle injuries it will be there forever.
What to do when you want to exercise but cannot play soccer, cannot do jogging in the park or play a match of Basketball with friends?
Depending on the case, the knee problem or leg problem can even improve its state to healthier if you manage to do movements without impact (consult your physician first).
One very well recommended activity is swimming, but as everybody know sometimes it´s not that hot, sometimes the GYM is already closed, or you can´t be bothered to jump in the water cause you don´t want to ruin your hair (girls case, course).
In this case you could opt for rollerblades, more specific inline skates, as it does not bring a lot of impacts when strolling in the flat, raises your heart beat very much being a very good aerobic kind of exercise for weight loss and concentration amongst other benefits.
